Terms and Conditions

A contract will be formed, with the customer when a booking has been accepted by Laser Squad and payment has been received.

With all activities there is an element of risk, we have put control measures in place to ensure all our customers are kept safe at all times. However, we are unable to stop all hazards e.g. trips and falls, which means minor injuries may occur like strains, sprains, bruises. There will be at least one trained first aider at every session. Players must, however, acknowledge the inherent risks by reading and signing the Rules & Application Form, for players that are under 18 years old, a parent or guardian will be required to sign this on their behalf.

All players that are under 18 years old must obtain permission of their parent or guardian before taking part in laser tag and they must accept the risks that may be involved in playing laser tag. Players under 18 must be supervised by an adult.

Laser Squad will accept bookings on the basis that the player will, at all times, follow the Rules set out by Laser Squad.

Ticketed events

This may include transferring your email address to providers such as TripAdvisor to administer our feedback collection, but we will not use your contact information for any other purpose including marketing without specific consent.

Errors and omissions

We reserve the right not to honour discounts or free service where these have been granted in error, either through technical issue or mispricing/miscalculation – for example the discount offered by a promotional code is greater than advertised. We will cancel your booking and explain what has happened, offering you to the opportunity to rebook at the correct price.
