Laser Squad treats the Health and Safety of all players as a priority. As with any sport/leisure activity there are hazards associated with Laser tag games. It is important for the safety of everyone taking part that each participant is acquainted with those hazards and individually takes all relevant action to minimise those hazards as much as possible.
I understand that
Laser tag games can be physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.
The possibility of injury to players exists.
The playing area has varying terrain and may be slippery and may have trip hazards such as plants or roots.
There is the possibility of fallen tree debris and rough terrain.
No physical contact is allowed between participants.
Neither Laser Squad nor the venue will accept responsibility for any valuables lost on the laser tag site.
Photos may be taken by Laser Squad which may be used for publicity either printed or online. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed or do not consent for your photographs to be published.
I confirm and agree that all players:
Are physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in playing Laser Tag games.
Has no medical condition that would prevent them from playing. (Please make the marshal aware if the player uses an inhaler or any other medical aid).
Are fully aware of the risk to themselves and others involved in playing Laser Tag games.
Have read and will comply (or have been explained) with the rules, use all equipment as instructed and not so as to injure or hurt others and obey all instructions from the marshals.
Will look after the equipment in a responsible way and return it all at the end of the session, and report any damage.
I have made arrangements for the player to be supervised by an adult during the session. PLAYERS UNDER 18 WILL NEED TO BE SUPERVISED.

Photography and Social Media* We routinely capture photos and video at our events and we remind participants and their parents/guardians of this during our briefings. We post these to our social media accounts. Under UK Law, permission is not required to capture media in this manner as our events take place entirely in public spaces. In some instances, for example where we would like to take a close-up photo of an individual as opposed to general participant shots and action shots of our activity, can we post these to social media and/or use them in our marketing?
