Valid for a whole year from the date of issue, this versatile voucher can be used to book onto any of our 1 hour public sessions (including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays) for an hour of action-packed fun at one of our venues.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase with the expiry date noted on the voucher.
2. Gift Vouchers can only be used towards a single booking; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refunds will be given.
3. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by contacting Laser Squad either via email or telephone, quoting the details printed on the gift card. We will book you on to your chosen event and issue a confirmation email. The Gift Voucher must be presented upon attendance and surrendered to Laser Squad. Gift cards will be cross referenced with their original purchase and any evidence of tampering renders the voucher null and void.
4. Gift Vouchers should be treated and kept safe like cash and can not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
5. Gift Vouchers are only valid at Laser Squad Queen Elizabeth Country Park and exclude special events as noted in their descriptions that gift vouchers are not applicable.
6. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Laser Squad is final.
7. Laser Squad reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
